Larison Creek - This trail is mildly sloped and somewhat technical, with some stream crossings, switchbacks, roots and rocks. It’s a fun ride following the creek, but some sections have steep drop-offs, so be careful with young kids. The upper trailhead section can be tough, but this is great for all levels as an out-and-back from Larison Cove. Ride out until it gets too tough, then head back. Travel east on Highway 58 from the city of Oakridge for 2 miles to Kitson Springs County Road. Turn right and proceed on Kitson Springs County Road for 0.5 miles to Forest Road 21. Turn right and continue for 3 miles to the trailhead at Larison Cove. Turn right into the trailhead parking lot. The upper trailhead can be reached by traveling 1 mile on Forest Road 21 to Forest Road 2102, turn left and follow Forest Road 2102 for approximately 2 miles to Forest Road 2102-101. Turn left onto Forest Road 101 and travel about 8 miles to the trailhead. The last mile of Forest Road 101 to the trailhead is steep. The trailhead is on the left side of the road.
