Gordon Lakes - Gordon Lakes are composed of two lakes, a lower lake and an upper lake. The stream fills the upper lake, down into the lower lake and continues into the South Santiam. The Upper Lake is 7 acres in size and 14 feet deep at an elevation of 4,000 feet. The Lower Lake is 8 acres in size and 14 feet deep at an elevation of 3,900 feet. A short trail takes you down to the lake area for fishing or dispersed camping. There are trailheads at the parking area leading into Gordon Meadows/Lakes Trails. These are excellent horse and hiking trails. There is a rustic out house toilet and fire rings for the camping area.
