Black Bird Bar & Grill -
Owned and operated by Joe and Cheryl Allen, Blackbird features a small, rotating menu of American cuisine.
Chef Steven Sargent focuses on using fresh, quality ingredients to
create his dinner offerings. Ingredients are sourced locally when
possible, and menus include vegetarian options. All menu items are created in house by Steven and his cooks, including soups and fresh cheesecakes.
Blackbird also boasts a full-service bar that offers cocktails as well as a variety of beers (bottled and on tap) and wines available by the glass or the bottle.
